Project Leader: Monitors the project progress and coordinates the activities of the other resources involved.

Instructional designer: Analyzes the content provided by subject matter experts and determines which the best way to present it in an online course format is.

Graphic designer: Translates the instructional designer directions into a media, graphics and illustrations design to successfully promote learning.

Programmers/SCORM Expert : Develops the simulations, exercises and activities that will reinforce the concepts in the online course and ensures compatibility with SCORM compliant LMS platforms.
