YPF Logistics Management Project

YPF's Logistics Executive Management entrusted us to digitize six courses that would cover the induction to the area. The challenge was to achieve a visually attractive product that maintained the rigor of the content and, at the same time, succesfully communicated it in a didactic way. We included activities to strengthen the learning process and striving for the best user experience.

The project was developed in its planned time, complying with all the planned validation stages.

SKF Project

We were approached by SKF to develop a complete catalog of eLearning courses to act as a source of technical reference for their employees and customers.

Courses needed to be clear and interactive, with concepts that could be applied to the job. SMEs in SKF worked on the technical contents and LexorTech did the didactic processing.

Our multimedia team created an interface with a visual identity that characterized and gave consistency to all the courses in the project. The technical profiles of our team worked side by side with the experts in didactics.

For the development, we use multiple resources: animations, images, videos, interactive activities and simulations. Each course was developed in Spanish and Portuguese. The project was completed on schedule.

Team-building game for CAPSA-CAPEX

After a long year of working from home, the HR area wanted to launch an online activity that would involve, through an engaging competition, all the company's staff.

The project excited us from the start! We proposed to develop a trivia with questions about different aspects of the company, which would be played as a group. Week after week, a set of questions was presented and the different teams competed for the points, stars and extra lives that would place them on the podium.

The IT team at LexorTech developed the application according to the requirements and offered post-implementation support during the 6 weeks that the game lasted.
